Will this damage my customer relationships?
It's built not to. Every message is measured, professional, and in your voice, and you approve each one before it sends. There's no "final notice" wording and no legal threats. Most customers simply needed a clear, polite reminder.
Does anything send before I approve it?
No. When you connect and import, FoundFlow only reads your data to find what's recoverable and draft the follow-ups. Nothing is sent and no one is contacted until you approve.
Is this debt collection?
We're a relationship-safe recovery service for overdue invoices and quotes your customer asked for. You approve every message, and we never use collections tactics, legal threats, or aggressive pressure.
What do you need from me to start?
Your invoices and quotes, a CSV or an accounting export is fine, plus your own mailbox connected. No bank access, no card details.
What if there's not much to recover?
You'll see it for yourself, free. Starting costs nothing and there's no card, so you lose nothing by looking. There's no pressure to send anything.
Do you ever hold my money?
